How to Volunteer

Our staff can’t do it alone, and that’s where you come in! We love when parents and community members volunteer. Here’s how to begin:

Volunteer Clearance

Anyone who volunteers on school premises or on field trips must have the following documents completed and on file in the office:

  • Photo ID – Drivers license, state ID, or passport.
  • LiveScan Fingerprint Clearance – Look for a LiveScan location near you
  • TB (Tuberculosis) Assessment Form or proof of test – TB tests can be done by your regular doctor or at many urgent care clinics.

Volunteer Driver Requirements

Any parent or other adult who transports an enrolled student in a personal vehicle — either to sporting events, field trips, or any other school-sponsored activity — is required to have the following completed and on file in the office:

  • Signed parent emergency card – Available in the first-day-of-school packets, or in the office.
  • Volunteer Personal Automobile Use form – Available from your auto insurance carrier.
  • Transportation Agreement form – Available in the office.
  • Copy of valid driver’s license.
  • LiveScan Fingerprint Clearance – Look for a LiveScan location near you
  • TB (Tuberculosis) Assessment Form or proof of test – TB tests can be done by your regular doctor or at many urgent care clinics.
  • Copy of your current auto insurance policy showing proof of insurance liability coverage of at least $100,000/$300,000 per occurrence.
